For the printing and shipping process, we are partner with Gelato. The art prints you are buying are made and shipped locally in the area you live, speeding up delivery times. Because the art prints are made locally and on demand, waste, transportation distances, and carbon emissions are slashed. When you buy one of Laova's art print, you also help local production partners grow their business. Empowering local communities to produce what the local communities consume.

Damages and Issues

 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you received, contact us within 30 days of you receiving the item, and we will do our utmost to investigate and find a solution.

If your claim is validated, we will be pleased to send a replacement order free of charge as soon as possible.

Refunds

Color Consistency

​

Gelato, our service provider, uses the same printing machines, the same types of paper, and the same work processes across all their printing partners to minimize color variations. That said, printing is a chemical process, and it is impossible to achieve 100% consistent results. Many factors influence color, consistency, and the final result: the type of machine, machine settings, types of paper, room humidity, the date of the last machine cleaning, to name just a few examples. Color variations that may occur for the reasons mentioned above are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered by their quality guarantee.

Defective or Damaged Products

​

You have received an order that is defective or has been damaged. This could include damage to the products themselves, discrepancies in the number or amount of products delivered, or a defect in the quality of the product delivered that is not due to a defect in the content provided by you. In this case, if you wish to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order.

Incorrect Address

​

If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the delivery service, the package will be returned to us. If you wish to submit a new order with an updated address, the costs of the new order will be at your expense.

Refused by the Recipient

​

If you refuse the package at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish to submit a new order with an updated address, the costs of the new order will be at your expense.

Unclaimed

​

If you are unable to receive your order at the provided address, packages may be collected at the local post office or the carrier's pickup point. Packages that are not claimed may be returned to the sender. In this case, please place a new order and contact us so that we can report the issue and ensure that the product is refunded for the new order (you will still need to pay the shipping costs).

We currently do not support returns, as the products you order are customized and manufactured specifically for each order. If you wish to place a new order, the costs of that order will be at your expense. You may choose to manage your own returns by setting up your address as the return address.

How are orders packaged for shipping?

Based on Gelato’s experience in shipping millions of orders worldwide and supported by feedback from their customers, They have identified the most effective and damage-resistant ways to package our products to comply with local shipping requirements and ensure the lowest possible damage rate.

If an order is damaged during transport, we have a simple process in place to assist you.

Average Delivery Time

The Average Delivery Time is 4 to 8 days. Gelato has production locations worldwide, so you can benefit from reduced shipping distances and lower emissions.

Delivery time includes us receiving your order, production and delivery to you. Delivery times and shipping costs are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
